About Integrity First

We exist to remove a lack of capital as a barrier to grow a business. We impact real small business owners and founders by funding their businesses, which changes their own lives and countless lives in the communities around those businesses. 

Founded in April 2025, we are already at $60K/month revenue and growing ~50% month-over-month. We currently serve 70+ clients, adding 1–2 daily. Our vision is to build a consulting-firm style company that delivers expertise at eye-level with C-Level and business owner clients.

With highly experienced co-founders, we’re on a path to $100M+ revenue, and this is your chance to get in early and build this empire with us.

The Role

This is not a “customer support” role. This is a professional consulting role. You will:

Own the client journey for at least ~40 clients at a time, guiding them through:

Credit Repair (2–3 months)

Credit Optimization (1 month)

Funding (1 month)

Ensure accountability: Keep clients on track with strong accountability, deep care for their results, and of course your charm.

Cut through fog: Understand your clients and their businesses better than they do. Anticipate bottlenecks, address the missing crucial details, and guide them with structured checks and radical candor while not sacrificing their happiness.

Build outstanding partnerships: Develop long-term client relationships rooted in outstanding expertise, trust, authentic care, and clear communication.

Become a thought leader: Become a trusted advisor respected by your clients because you are a real nerd for everything finance, credit, and growing businesses.

Tools: Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, Slack, ChatGPT

10+ Clients fulfilled and their success fees collected per month.

95%+ of your clients hit their funding milestone within projected timelines.

Compensation & Benefits

We pay in line with our target industries consulting and finance, while offering tremendous flexibility and much better work-life balance thanks to a 40-50 hour work week. In return we expect the highest standards for the work and full devotion during those hours. 

Base Salary: $60,000

On-Target Earnings with variable tied to # Clients Fulfilled and # Referrals: 

Average Performer: $102,000 (realistic after ramp)

High Performer: $156,000 (realistic from the 2nd year onwards)

Super Star: $288,000

Other Benefits:

Flexible remote work in US hours

W-2 conversion with benefits after 6 months (first 6 months will be 1099)

MBA-level finance & consulting education

Who You Are

We hire against EOS principles: Right Person, Right Seat. (Google it, if you don't know it - or better read the book “Traction” written by Gino Wickman)

Gets it – You understand client service, finance basics, and operational accountability.

Preferred Backgrounds:

At least a Bachelor’s degree - preferably in business administration or finance

2+ years of experience in banking, consulting, private equity, or another finance role with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes preferred - bare minimum is understanding of a P&L.

Availability: 40-50 hours work week from Monday to Friday, US work hours, remote, availability to travel up to 4 times per year for one week.

Timeline

Earliest Possible Start date: October 1st - We will wait for the right person if necessary.

Onboarding: In-person week with Samuel in Munich or New Jersey. Expect lots of studying, learning and shadowing of Samuel’s client calls.

Ramp up time to full productivity: ~5 months.

Growth path: Learn it, Master It, Teach It. Once you complete that, leadership opportunities will arise.
