Website Use
These Terms of Use apply to the Integrity First Funding website operated by Integrity First Consulting Inc. They do not replace a separate client engagement agreement, lender agreement, financing document or partner agreement. Provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes.
Our Consulting Role
Integrity First is a consulting company, not a lender. We help clients prepare for and apply for business funding from banks and private lenders. Business funding must be repaid. We do not guarantee lender approval or specific financing terms. Any guarantee offered by Integrity First applies only to the applicable onboarding fee and is subject to its terms.
An engagement may include onboarding, profile analysis, personal profile optimization, business credit building, hard-inquiry cleanup, a custom funding strategy and application support. Credit repair, where needed, is a defined component of the broader consulting engagement; it is not sold as a standalone Integrity First product.
Integrity First does not submit the final funding application. The client or a bank Relationship Manager introduced to the client makes the final submission. Lenders determine approvals, limits, rates and other financing terms. Business credit must be repaid; 0% APR treatment is promotional, with lender-specific conditions, fees and later rates.
Fees And Compensation
We charge an upfront onboarding fee because substantial preparation occurs before applications. Your client agreement states the applicable fee, payment schedule and separate Success Fee on funding obtained or made available under that agreement. An installment plan does not change the fixed total contractual onboarding amount.
Integrity First receives no lender-side compensation for its core business-credit products. Certain private financing products, such as revenue-based financing, DSCR or fix-and-flip financing, may involve compensation from the financing side. Relevant engagement and product arrangements should be reviewed before proceeding.
$50K Funding Guarantee
If you complete the applicable program requirements and we don't secure access to at least $50,000 in qualifying 0% APR business funding, we'll refund your onboarding fee.
The guarantee applies to the full applicable onboarding fee when the applicable optimization and funding process is completed below $50,000 in qualifying funding and the guarantee conditions are satisfied. Qualifying funding is business working capital obtained or made available with approximately one year of interest-free / 0% APR treatment. It is access to qualifying business credit, not a promise of cash proceeds or approval by a particular lender.
Partial funding below $50,000 does not satisfy the guarantee. For example, $20,000 obtained leaves the guarantee unsatisfied. If the completed process ends there and you meet the applicable requirements, the full applicable onboarding fee is refundable. A result below $50,000 during an ongoing process does not by itself trigger an immediate refund.
To qualify for the onboarding-fee refund, you must meet all of the following responsibilities under your client agreement:
1. Act in good faith and support execution of the agreement. 2. Complete all steps outlined by your assigned funding specialist. 3. Provide necessary personal and business information and documents.
4. Subscribe to a credit-monitoring tool and share access throughout the process. 5. Input application data as advised by your funding specialist. 6. Do not add derogatory or delinquent credit-report items.
7. Limit new credit applications and coordinate them beforehand with your funding specialist. 8. Communicate all lender updates to Integrity First. 9. Communicate in a timely manner, averaging approximately 48 hours for responses. This is an average, not an absolute deadline for every message.
10. Pay your onboarding fee in full. 11. Have no remaining derogatory or other negative credit-report items after any necessary credit repair. 12. Have no material breach of the agreement. A clean profile is not required at entry if credit repair is necessary; the post-repair condition still applies.
The remedy is a refund of the full applicable onboarding fee, not a separate $50,000 cash payment. This public explanation does not replace your signed client agreement, which governs the applicable process, eligibility, exclusions and refund procedure.
The applicable agreement's outside-control exclusions also apply, including client-caused delays, government or banking regulation changes, severe economic instability and force-majeure events. Review the agreement for the applicable process, eligibility, exclusions and refund procedure; this disclosure does not create a new deadline or an unlimited extension.
Once at least $50,000 in qualifying funding has been obtained or made available, the guarantee is satisfied. Later missed payments, limit reductions, account closure, bank term changes, client-caused account problems or post-funding regulatory or banking changes do not reopen it. Funding counted toward the original threshold must actually qualify.
Success Fees are separate from this onboarding-fee guarantee. Previously earned Success Fees on funding obtained or made available under the agreement are not included in the onboarding-fee refund. The guarantee does not promise lender approval, permanent credit limits, unchanged financing terms or a particular credit-score result, and it does not limit nonwaivable rights.
Booking And Inquiries
Our website may provide ways for prospective customers and business partners to submit inquiries, review information and schedule introductory appointments.
Prospective funding customers may first provide information through an advertising-platform lead form and then use our website to prepare for and schedule a Qualification Call.
Prospective Affiliate and Fulfillment Partners may provide information about their businesses and potential partnership activities before scheduling a Partner Qualification Call.
These introductory calls are qualification and information-gathering conversations.
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a call does not guarantee financing, lender approval, eligibility for our services, partnership acceptance or execution of an agreement.
The appointment type, duration and communication method are identified during the applicable booking process.
An appointment is booked when confirmed by the calendar provider. Forms labeled preview do not deliver inquiries or book calls.
SMS, Phone And Email Communications
When you submit an inquiry or schedule an appointment, we may contact you to respond to your request, confirm appointment details, provide scheduling assistance and communicate about the requested services.
Email, telephone and text-message communications are subject to applicable law and relevant consent requirements.
Appointment booking does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional SMS marketing.
Where applicable, text recipients may opt out by replying STOP, and marketing emails provide an unsubscribe method.
Operational texts may be automated; message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Contact us for help and preference changes. Booking, resubmission or a new inquiry does not override an earlier opt-out.
Website V1 phone calls are manual; no prerecorded voice, AI voice or automated telemarketing dialer is intended. Appointment and operational email is separate from promotional email and SMS. Advertising choices are separate and do not affect access to forms or booking.
